Family Directory FAQs
What is it? The Woodlawn Elementary Family Directory is a listing of names and contact information for Woodlawn families who want to connect with one another throughout the year.
Organized by grade and class, the Directory is an easy way to find friends outside of school hours.
How do I get access to the Directory?
All families who sign up will receive a password and link to the online version of the Directory, hosted here. We hope to offer a printed directory this year in late Fall/early Winter.
Do I have to sign up? Sign up is totally voluntary, but we’d love to get all Wildcat families on board! If you have questions about the Directory, email us at WoodlawnSchoolPTA@gmail.com.
What about privacy? Although we’re not able to provide iron-clad privacy protections, the Directory is password protected. We also request minimal personal information from you. A parent/guardian first name and email, plus your child’s full name, grade and teacher is all that’s required.
I signed up last year. Do I have to sign up again? No. If you signed up last year, you will receive an email asking you to opt in to this year’s Directory and update your child(ren)’s grade and teacher.
If you haven’t signed up but would like to, fill out the Woodlawn Family Directory online information form. We will be adding names to the Directory throughout the year.
